Individualised Training Plans & Coaching

What’s involved?

  • Receive your own personalised running program, tailored to your ability, lifestyle and performance goals

  • Gain access to Final Surge, a third-party platform which allows me to program all your training to your smartwatch

  • Gain comprehensive mentorship and education covering all facets of running, including recovery, nutrition, race day strategies, footwear selection, and more.

How much does it cost?

  • Coaching starts at $30 per week, with a minimum commitment period of 6 weeks

  • Rates are adjusted based on the level of support required and the complexity of your training goals - discussed during initial consultation call

How do we communicate?

  • Communication via WhatsApp. Unlimited contact with me through text and a scheduled check-in call once per week

  • Each run I program for you will include detailed explanations of all necessary components, with extra care taken to optimise communication during the on-boarding period
